A pe pipe extrusion line RFQ should state resin grades, outer diameters, wall thicknesses in millimetres and the expected saleable rate in kilograms per hour together with metres per minute for each priority SKU. Die and calibrator changes belong with that matrix because a single maximum diameter does not describe the production range. PPR options belong on the same inquiry when the buyer wants a polyolefin comparison, but PE and PPR must keep separate melt-temperature, cooling-length and haul-off tables. Product cards open the existing enquiry modal; there is no product detail page. Photos, when a factory later supplies them, still do not replace the product matrix.
For corrugated pipe, ask who supplies the corrugator and forming tooling and how those modules interface with the extruder, cooling and haul-off. Do not extend a published PVC corrugated case to every PE structure. Cooling length and haul-off arrangement must support the proposed line speed under the named wall, not under a brochure peak.
